It will enable participants to conceptualise the processes of thought, speaking, listening, understanding and responding in conversations in both formal and informal environments. Programme will raise participants’ awareness about concept of diversity and impact of technology in communicating within close and across boundaries. It would highlight key elements of communication, which is about what you are saying or intend to say, in relationship to what is said, how it is said and how the other party perceives it.
