Programme will explore the concept of confidentiality and help participants to develop better knowledge and understanding of legislation, policies and guidelines for obtaining, storing, using and giving out confidential information. Participants will gain skills for assessing, documenting, reporting and communicating confidential issues and recognise individual’s boundary/limit of responsibility
