Aim/Objectives

  1. Delegates will highlight indept understanding of the dynamics and relationship of family, community, organisation, local, state and national politics within several environmental factors
  2. Will explore local and external factors that are influencing change and how these can be translated into advantages for the country or company
  3. Will explore and remove the myths on the mind that undermines some productive ancestral ways of dealing with typical Africa challenges.
