Primary Consideration for Applicants

Life is a process and it takes a while to see through the process for career aspirations within the global market and labour migration. The world is an open space of unlimited opportunities. People have to take risks and go for the opportunities as it hardly comes on a platter of gold.  For some, it could be a quick win and for others, success may be later. If you do not apply and take your chance, you will deny yourself the opportunity for realising your potentials and aspirations.

To apply and have access to international jobs, education, training and development on Mebod Management Recruitment and Development Programme, please read the guidelines carefully and follow the instructions. If you have any difficulties or need to speak to us, send e-mail to info@mebodmanagement.com. A member of our staff will endeavour to respond to your query as soon as possible.

 Guidelines for Completing Application Form

The decision of who to invite for interview will be based on the completed application form and the information provided therein. These notes are to assist you in giving the right information and presenting it in the best way.

The form is divided into four parts, which are Part A, B, C and D. Each part requires specific information.

Part A

You need to provide your personal details, which consist mainly of your bio-data as stated in your birth certificate, international passport or driving licence. You may have correspondence address that is different from where you reside. If that is the case, please provide the information for both addresses. You need to write your e-mail address below any of the addresses that you give if you wish to be contacted by that means.

If you speak English fluently, tick box. If you speak other languages other than or inclusive of English, tick the appropriate box and write in the space provided, the name of the specific language, e.g. French, Spanish, Swahili, Yoruba etc.

Write in the appropriate box your employment interest or career development pathway. This is very important because the information would be mapped to your education/training and employment history in order to ascertain your potential for success and what further training and development needs you may require.

If you have any country in mind you would like to travel to for job or study opportunities, within the European Union, please write it in the appropriate box. Otherwise tick relevant box for a country from the ones listed.

Part B

Provide detail information about your education or apprenticeship training. Write down the qualifications you have achieved from formal education and other related developmental programmes. We do give consideration to key skills and competences that may have been acquired from voluntary work experience and social duties. For example, if you qualified as a mechanic by following apprenticeship programme, simply write the name and address of the training workshop.  In the column for qualification, just write ‘Completed’.

Applicants that hold professional qualifications that are registered with professional bodies should give information as requested in the application form.

Part C

List in the specific columns, the organisations where you have worked, the start and finish dates, your main duties and responsibilities in that job and the reasons for which you left or wish to leave the employment. If you have never been employed in official capacity by any organisation but have undertaken voluntary work experience or had taken responsibilities in community work, please give details. Self-employment is regarded as formal employment and you should give information of your organisation, nature of the work you do/did and the reason you left or wish to leave.

You must provide information to account for any gap in the dates when you were unemployed and was not undergoing a study or apprenticeship programme.

Provide names of two referees who will be willing to write on your behalf that you are capable to take up and deliver in a given employment or development programme in and outside your country of residence. Your referees should be confident to state that you are trustworthy, reliable and responsible. We shall contact them privately for confidential information about you as soon as we are satisfied with your application.

Read the declaration, sign and date the completed form and return to the specified address.

Part D

Information about completing this part has been given on the form. Follow the advice and provide the requested information. Again you need to sign and date this part of the form.
